OUR WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS We love working with other fitness and wellness dedicated retailers and wholesalers. As part of our wholesale program, we have a few terms and conditions to make the process as transparent as possible.
HOW TO ORDER: You can order three ways:

LEAD TIME: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is any delay in the processing of your order, our fulfillment team will contact you.
WHOLESALE PRICING: All prices are listed in, and payable in, US Dollars. Authorized retailers receive a discount off MSRP. Minimum order quantity is one case (6 units), per SKU. Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.
OPENING ORDERS: A minimum opening order of one case (6 units), is required for all Gyms, per month, in order to retain wholesale pricing access.
CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes to orders placed online must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, or please call us at 855-474-4277. All changes must be noticed within 1 hour of placing your order.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: All orders under $5,500 must be placed via Credit Card. We are able to accept cashiers check only on orders over $5,500. Orders are shipped once payment is cleared. If you order total is over $10,000, we are able to offer net terms.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via FedEx, within 1-2 business days from time you place your order. All orders over $150 are sent with delivery confirmation requiring a signature at the time of delivery. APS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the delivery address is staffed during normal business hours.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Any damages, defects, or other problems with you order must be noticed within 6 hours of delivery via email or telephone. Any issues with the product must be reported to APS immediately.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES: Returns or exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis. Returns must be authorized before shipment.
CONSIGNMENT: At this time, we are not able to offer consignment
NO STOCK: If you do not wish to carry stock in your store, please contact us to set up an affiliate account for your gym.
