When will my order ship?
Orders are processed pending availability and payment verification. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1:00pm PST will begin processing immediately. APS may contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if we require additional information. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
What is your return policy?
Please contact us, via email, before initiating your return. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date.Unauthorized packages will be rejected.
We accept returns of unopened bottles only. In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned bottles must be in their original, unused, unopened condition.
You must include a copy of your original invoice with your return.
Please indicate with your return, whether you wish to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds are only eligible on unopened product received within 30 days of the original order date.
If you wish to exchange product, you will be issued store credit in the form of a unique coupon code that will be emailed to you, upon receipt of your return.
Orders returned after 30 days from date of purchase may be subject to refusal and will not be eligible for a refund. No exceptions.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please Note: We accept returns of unopened bottles only. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on bottles that have been opened, tampered, or altered.
How do I send a return? Securely pack and seal the unopened, original merchandise along with a copy of your invoice in an appropriate shipping box. Send your order back to us using an insured service that provides you with a tracking number. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
When will my credit card be refunded? Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns that do not meet these requirements. We encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order if you have questions or concerns.
Please note that all orders over 45 days from date of delivery will not be eligible for returns.
