WHO IS JUSTIN "BRUNO" SELLMAN?
I'm Justin "Bruno" Sellman. I got started on my fitness journey back in 2009 when I joined the military. I was fresh out of high school and out of shape. I wish I could tell you there was some glamorous start to how I got started, but honestly I was forced to get into shape. Since 2009 I've gone through 3 transformations, gained massive amounts of muscle and learned training techniques. My fitness journey has been nothing short of amazing and am always looking forward to new challenges to overcome.
I try to keep my eyes and my heart on the prize. When I started truly focusing on fitness, my goal was not only to achieve the best physique possible, but to help those who felt they couldn’t achieve their goals. That right there is what keeps me moving. The beauty of this industry, and of this passion is that it's endless. I'll stay forever motivated.
