WHO IS DAVID ANDREWS?
I’m David Andrews. I've been interested in health and fitness my entire life. I have been playing sports since I was 3 years old. I've played football, basketball, baseball, wrestling and even some boxing. My life has always revolved around sports and fitness. For the past 8 years I have been a certified personal trainer and manager of a health club. It's a strong passion of mine to help people reach their full potential when it comes to health and fitness.
When it comes to staying motivated, I work really hard to always be hungry to grow on my fitness journey. My job consists of motivating others on a daily basis and that really helps me stay motivated too. When people come to me for help, it shows their passion and really inspires me to always push myself to be better, just like I try to do for them.
WORKOUTS OF CHOICE
I always try to incorporate different exercises and styles of working out into my routines. I'm always around a ton of very educated fitness addicts so it's great to always try new things. If I had to pick a "favorite,” I'd say any type of heavy power lifts.
