PB & Chocolate Overnight Oats
No more excuses saying you don't have time for breakfast. This high protein meal is quick, easy and ALWAYS ready-to-go before you even get out of bed.
✓ 100% Grass Fed Whey - Bavarian Chocolate: 1/2 scoop
✓ 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
✓ 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
✓ 1 tbsp. chia seed
✓ 1 tbsp all-natural creamy peanut butter
✓ 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
✓ 1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
✓ Dash of cinnamon
✓ 2 packets of Truvia (or sweetener of choice)
Add all ingredients together in a bowl or mason jar. Mix until combined. Refrigerate overnight. Technically, you only need 2.5-3 hours before it's ready to eat, so feel free to make this recipe at any time of the day. Now, DIG IN!
